Validity: Promotions are valid only within the period specified in the campaign. Expired promotions will not apply. Application: Promotions are valid for new and/or current patients, as specified in each offer. Some promotions may be exclusive to certain treatments or services.

Limitations : - Promotions cannot be combined with other current offers, discounts or promotions.

- Promotions limited to one use per patient, unless otherwise specified.

Reservations and Availability : - An appointment is required to access the promotion and is subject to team and schedule availability. - The clinic reserves the right to reschedule appointments in the event of force majeure.

Payments and Refunds: - Promotions must be paid in full at the time of booking or prior to service. - No refunds will be issued; instead, clinic credit will be offered in justified cases. Transferability: Promotions are valid for the patient for whom the service is contracted; they are not transferable once the purchase has been made.

Right of Modification : - Dr. Nydia Felipe Clinic reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion without prior notice and at its discretion.
